Request for Qualification Statements Laboratory Analysis of Environmental Protection The DEP"s Bureau of Remediation and Waste Management (BRWM), through the various programs it administers, routinely requires laboratory analysis of environmental samples of soil and water. In order to ensure both quality and cost controls, the BRWM is looking to enter its standard contract with laboratories found to be qualified (certified). To determine qualifications, the Bureau is requesting laboratories submit Statements of Qualifications.
