YARMOUTH -- Minnie was born Aug. 6, 1922, as one of 13 children to Emma and Burdette Miller of Millinocket. She married Ernest St. Germaine in November 1940 at Sherman Station. Ernest and Minnie were married for 66 years. She passed quietly with family by her side at Bay Square Living Facility in Yarmouth on Nov. 17, 2009.
She is survived by a son, Ernest D. St. Germaine of Dallas, Texas, and daughter, Ellen F. Cedrone of Falmouth Foreside; along with her grandchildren, John Paul and Daniel St.

Phyllis Irene Barbour Winchenbach
SCARBOROUGH -- Phyllis Irene Barbour Winchenbach passed away peacefully at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, Nov. 19, 2009, with her loving daughter Susan at her side.
She was born April 26, 1928, in Yarmouth, the daughter of Myron and Mary Barbour. Phyllis attended Yarmouth schools and graduated from North Yarmouth Academy. She also attended Gorham State Teachers College and taught school many years teaching in Falmouth and Portland. She enjoyed many summers at their camp with her family in Cushing.
She was a longtime member of the Falmouth Lions Club.

Bruce G. Savoy, 55
OLD ORCHARD BEACH -- Bruce G. Savoy, 55, of Old Orchard Beach, passed away on Monday, Nov. 16, 2009.
He was born on July 26, 1954, in Biddeford, the son of Real L. Savoy Sr. and Eunice G. (Jamieson) Savoy. He was educated in the Old Orchard Beach school system.
Bruce was employed as a code enforcement officer with the town of Wells. He previously worked as a police officer for both the town of Wells and Old Orchard Beach, and was a member of the call fire department. He was also a former animal control officer and was outspoken on animal welfare issues.
