NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE Pursuant to the Order of Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in District Court on August 5, 2009, Docket Number AUG-RE-09-109, located in Augusta, ME, in an action brought by Residential Funding Company, LLC ('Residential') against Jennifer Kittredge, Defendant, for the foreclosure of the Mortgage recorded in the Kennebec County Registry of Deeds in Book 9066, Page 81, the statutory ninety day period having elapsed without redemption, notice is hereby given that a public sale of the property described in the said mortgage will be conducted by Residential on Friday, December 11, 2009 at 10:30 am, at the offices of Drummond & Drummond, LLP, One Monument Way, Portland, Maine, and being all and singular the premises described in said Mortgage, to wit: 335 Nelson Road, Chelsea, Maine. For a more particular description please refer to the Mortgage Deed. Terms of Sale: All interested bidders must deposit Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in cash or certified funds payable to Drummond & Drummond, LLP with the auctioneer prior to the commencement of the auction.
